Due to the impending strikes by Royal Mail we will be using Interlink
Express to ensure that we continue to provide an uninterrupted delivery
service to our customers.
Delivery charges are:
Standard Post 1st Class £3.99
Recorded Delivery (signed for) £4.50
Special Delivery next day (guaranteed if ordered before 1pm weekdays only) £7.00
Orders over £75 are Free delivery.
Europe – International Air Mail Post £8.00
Rest of the World – International Air Mail Post £10.00
We cannot Guarantee next day delivery for Weekends or UK Public Holidays.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedule: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Under normal circumstances all items will be delivered to you within 5 working days or sooner if you reside within the UK. Deliveries to Europe & USA will take up to 10 days. Other countries may be available on application. Please email us for details.
Returns Policy
Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, you can return it for refund or exchange within 14 days, providing it is returned in a saleable condition and all tags are attached.
Make sure you include a covering note with your name/address/contact telephone no. or email address, clearly explain the reason for return along with the outcome you would like ( Replacement,Exchange or Refund ). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
